Fixed Term Employment Agreement: All the Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement for a period of 05 years (except for the post of Synthetic Flight Instructor which is 3 years). The Fixed Term Employment Agreement is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
Fee: An application fee of Rs. 1500/- is to be paid by the candidates applying for the post. The fee should be paid in the form of Demand draft. The Demand draft should be payable to Airline Allied Services Limited, payable at New Delhi. The candidates belonging to SC, and ST are exempted from payment of the fee.
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the scrutiny of applications. The candidates will be shortlisted based on the scrutiny of applications. The further process of selection will be informed by the management.
