CBI Recruitment 2018-Apply 25 Vacancies at cbi.gov.in: Central Bureau of Investigation invites applications for the posts of Bank Officers on selection as Inspector of Police for deputation (Non-Gazetted Executive Post), Group-D. Persons working in the equivalent grade on regular basis under Public Sector Undertaking, possessing at least 05 (five years) executive experience in Vigilance or Investigation or intelligence work.|
b. Period of deputation including period of deputation in another Ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization /Department of the Central Government shall not exceed 05 (five years).
c. A degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to:
- Bank Officers below the age of 50 years;
- Bank Officers who have served in credit department and/or handled advances portfolio;
- Bank Officers who have served in the Vigilance Department for a period of 2 years.
Pay – Structure: As per VIth Central Pay Commission, the pay of Inspectors in CBI is fixed in the Pay Matrix of Level -08 (Corresponding Pay Band-2 – Rs. 9300-34,800/-+ upgraded Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/-).
As the pay structure in Public Sector Banks is dissimilar from Central Pay Structure, selected incumbents pay would be fixed in terms of Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No.6/8/2009-Estt(Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010.
- No Objection Certificate;
- Vigilance Clearance;
- Integrity Certificate;
- Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) of last 05 years from the Public Sector Bank where working are essential for processing their cases for induction as Inspector in CBI on deputation.
Period of contract: Tenure of deputation may be three years extendable up to a period of five years; The Officers selected for appointment on deputation will be governed by the standard terms of deputation as contained in Department of Personnel &Training Office Memorandum No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17/6/2010 and as amended from time to time.
Incentives and Allowances:
(a) Bonus at the rate announced by Central Govt. from time to time;
(b) The Officers coming on deputation as Inspector in Central Bureau of Investigation will be benefited with a considerable increase in their monthly payments by way of Special Incentive Allowance @ 20% of Basic Pay sanctioned by the government to the Executive Staff posted in Central Bureau of Investigation;
(c) Inspectors of CBI are entitled to Govt. accommodation. They are, therefore, entitled to an allotment of the house or House Rent Allowance as per Rules.
(d) Deputations Inspectors are entitled to Transport Allowance as per Rules. ;
(e) CBI will make every effort to post selected Bank Officers at places of their choice, wherever possible.
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done based on the candidates work experience and performance in personal interaction conducted by Central Bureau of Investigation. Bank Officers on selection as Inspector of Police for deputation in Central Bureau of Investigation shall be given training in Central Bureau of Investigation Academy, Ghaziabad for the purpose of conducting investigation work so that their services can be utilized in Central Bureau of Investigation as an Investigating Officer for investigation and detection of cases related to Economic Offences, Bank Fraud Cases, etc. investigated by Central Bureau of Investigation.
