Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the qualifying exam and written test. The qualifying exam and the written test will be taken as for 50%. The written test will be conducted in the form of objective type test. The exam contains the topics General Knowledge, desired subject, and aptitude. The exam will be conducted at NHL training Center (Kalari) and it will be of one-hour duration. Those who had already undergone or undergoing Apprenticeship Training in any PSU/Govt./Pvt. Organizations need not attend the test. The final selection will be subjected to the clearing of the document or certificate verification.

The candidates should apply through www.ncvtmis.gov.in or www.apprenticeship.gov.in. The candidates should register themselves in the web portal of Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training under Student Category. After registration, the candidate will be provided with the student lD. The candidates with student lD in Apprenticeship Training Scheme registered in the online web portals only will be permitted to attend this exam.

The candidate should download the filled in Bio-Data and carry it along with the originals and one set of attested copies of documents as mentioned below.
