ITBP Recruitment 2018-Apply 134 Constable itbpolice.nic.in: Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force invites applications for the posts of Constable (Driver) in Group ‘C’ (non-Gazetted & non Ministerial), on temporary basis likely to be permanent in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. The posts have All India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidates shall be governed by the ITBPF Act, 1992 and ITBPF Rules, 1994. Eligible candidates with prescribed qualification and experience can apply through online. Age relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for the candidates of SC/ST-5 years, OBC-3 years, Ex-Servicemen(Unreserved/ General)- 3 years, Ex-Servicemen (OBC)- 6 years, Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST)- 8 years, and Government servant- Up to the age of 40 years.
Fee: An application fee of Rs. 100/- is to be paid by the candidates of UR and OBC. The candidates belonging to SC, ST, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of the fee. The fee should be paid through online mode.
Selection Process: The process of selection will be done by the physical efficiency test (PET) and physical standard test (PST), written test, Practical Skill test, and verification of certificates. Written test for both posts will be held on same day/time. So, the candidates are advised to apply for only one post. The date, time and place of recruitment test will be indicated in the Admit Card. Before the start of physical efficiency test (PET) and physical standard test (PST), the candidates will undergo thorough verification of identity including Biometric capture. (iv) Tattoos: –
(a) Content: Being a secular country, the religious sentiments of our countrymen are to be respected and thus, tattoos depicting religious symbol or figures and the name, as followed in Indian Army are to be permitted.
(b) Location: Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect of forearm but only left forearm, being non saluting limb or dorsum of the hands are to be allowed.
Size: Size must be less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.

The candidates will be shortlisted for Verification of Original Documents/Certificates and Detailed Medical Examination (DME) as per the category wise vacancies on the basis of this merit. The extended list will also be prepared to cover the shortfall due to the failure of candidates in DME and Review Medical Examination (RME). However, there shall be no reserve list.
