Age: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years, as on 31.07.2017.i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 1st August 1987 and not later than 31st July 1996 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable to candidates of SC/ ST-5 years, OBC-3 years, Ex-servicemen-5 years and PWD- 10 years.
Fee: An application fee of Rs. 600/- is to be paid along with the intimation charges when applied for the posts. SC, ST and PWD candidates should pay Rs.100/- towards intimation charges. Candidates have an option for making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through the ONLINE mode only.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates is based on Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. The final selection of candidates is based on the performance of candidates in the Main Examination and Interview. Preliminary Examination consists of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 sections English language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude.
Main Examination will consist of Objective Test for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be conducted online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be conducted.
A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards short listing for interviews or final selection. There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. One-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase-II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Company, up to three times the number of vacancies of respective stream/category. The interview will be conducted at select centers. The weightage (ratio) of online Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively. The center, address of the venue, time & date of Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from company’s website.
Biometric data – Capturing and Verification: It has been decided to capture the biometric data (thumb impression or otherwise) and the photograph of the candidates on the day of the Main Examination (Phase-II) for the candidates who qualify after the preliminary examinations (Phase-I) and appear for the main examination (Phase-II). The biometric data and photograph will be verified on two occasions – On the day of interview of qualifying candidates and at the time of joining of provisionally selected candidates. The decision of the Biometric data verification authority with regard to its status (matched or mismatched) shall be final and binding upon the candidates.

The candidates will be provided with a Provisional Registration Number and Password. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the final submit button.
